Cancellation Policy:

At Seattle Farm School we require a 30-day cancellation policy for all classes and workshops. This gives us adequate time to find another student for that spot. No-shows, extreme tardiness and cancellations within a 30-day window will not be refunded or credited. Please understand that we pay our instructors from registrations and it is important to honor the commitment to them.

In addition, all classes at Seattle Farm School require advance registration and payment. If you are unable to attend a class, give us 30 days notice and we will happily issue a refund or transfer you into another class. For a class series, cancellation must happen 30 days prior to the first class.

To respect the other students and their time, we start our classes on time. If you are late, we hope to be able to get you into the class and bring you 'up to speed,' however, if you are more than a few minutes late and we are unable to get you 'caught up,' we are not required to transfer you into another class. Our classes book well in advance - by not showing up or being late someone else was unable to take the class.

Our classes are intended to be a social experience. Therefore, on the occasion that fewer than 3 students (or the specified minimum on the class page) are enrolled in a class or workshop, we reserve the right to cancel the class 30 days prior to the class and up to 24 hours before to the class. In the event that we have to cancel a class or workshop, students will be contacted directly and we will issue a refund or transfer you into another class. To ensure you are aware of any class cancellations, be sure to check your e-mail and/or voicemail prior to coming to a class.
