The "Dakota Homestead" will be a fun and inspiring neighborhood gathering and education hub with urban agriculture demonstration gardens in West Seattle. Support the effort with your time, finances and by sharing with your friends and family! Support environmental education and save this important urban wildlife habitat!

Local Farm produce

We are passionate about supporting our local organic and sustainable farmers, and connecting them with urban residents through hosting a CSA (community supported agriculture) pickup site here in West Seattle.

Spring vegetable CSA boxes are from Alvarez Organics out of Yakima Valley. There are several pick up locations around Seattle, ours is located at 49th & Dakota. Their price for organic produce is great!

Summer and fall fruit CSA boxes are hosted through Collins Family Orchard from Selah, Washington. Their fruit is top notch in quality and taste! There are pickup sites all around the Seattle area, ours is listed under Seattle Farm School near the Alaska Junction in West Seattle.
