Learn to Can Your Own Jam - October 1, $40

Our favorite time to make jam is in the Fall when the kitchen isn't already 95 degrees from summer heat. In this class with Kellie Phelan, we'll work with Fall fruit to create a custom batch of jam that each student can take home. We'll discuss canning safety, the water bath canning method, and flavor profiles, and then each student will get hands-on time practicing the process. You will leave with the confidence to create your own custom jams at home.

Each adult can bring a child with them for free!
