Brew Your Own Kombucha - January 28, $75


Kombucha is a fabulous and simple fermented beverage made with sweetened tea and a 'SCOBY' (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast), which can be further enhanced with fresh fruits, ginger, herbs, and spices. It is an easy, inexpensive, and delicious way to incorporate probiotics into your day.

In this workshop, you'll learn the benefits of incorporating kombucha into your diet, the differences between continuous and single-batch brewing styles, and suggestions for delightful flavors to create a magical elixir of your own. There will be hands-on time for assembly and bottling, and you'll leave with a take-home treat. You'll also go home with your own SCOBY and the knowledge to embark on your own fermenting journey!
