Who loves cheese? We do! Did you know cheese is easy to make at home? Come learn how in this hands-on class taught by cheesemonger Alison Leber. You'll learn the basics of fresh cheese making, including what milk to use, the cultures, and the use and care of your equipment. We'll work together to make chèvre, ricotta, and paneer. We'll discuss ways to 'dress up' your cheeses and how to serve them, and then we'll indulge in all of the cheeses made in class. You'll leave with recipes to make your own cheese for friends and family at home.
