Join breadmaster Alicia of Crown Hill Crumbs and learn how to make healthy, delicious, fresh bagels in a variety of flavors! We'll show you how to make the dough and shape, boil, and bake bagels. We'll use various toppings and teach you how to get those coatings to stick (there’s a secret trick to this!). And of course we will EAT bagels for lunch with lots of options to top it - from the classic cream cheese or butter to bagel sandwiches piled high with fresh sprouts, avocados, lox, and more! You will go home with your own shaped bagels to bake at home, along with the knowledge to make more any time you want!
